ÖZET:
Çay
fabrikası, prosesi gereği titreşim ve gürültü gibi maruziyetlerin yüksek oranda
yaşandığı işyerleridir. Bu tezin amacı, çay fabrikasında ki çalışanların
yaşadığı gürültü ve titreşim maruziyetlerinin belirlemek ve bu maruziyetlerin
çalışanlar üzerinde oluşturabileceği ya da oluşturduğu olumsuz etkileri
azaltıcı önlemlerle ilgili önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda
seçilen çay fabrikasında ki çalışanların gürültü, titreşim ve termal konfor
parametresi maruziyetleri saptanmış, seçilen bu fabrikada da üretim, paketleme
ve yükleme sahalarını içeren bir risk değerlendirmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir.
Yapılan ölçüm çalışmalarıyla günlük gürültü maruziyet değerleri ile günlük tüm
vücut titreşim maruziyet değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Bu hesaplamalar sonucunda,
ölçüm yapılan tüm işyerlerinde günlük gürültü maruziyet değeri yasal mevzuatta
yer alan maruziyet sınır değerinin üzerinde çıkmıştır. Bu sonuçlar gürültü ve
titreşim maruziyetinin seçilen çay fabrikasında çalışanlar için bir risk
oluşturduğunu ve bu çalışanlar için önlemlerin alınması gerektiğini
gözlenmiştir. Alınması gereken önlemler ve yapılması gereken iyileştirmeler
çalışmanın içerisinde detaylı olarak açıklanmıştır.
ASTRACT:
Tea
factories are among the workplaces with the highest exposures to vibration and
noise due to the process involved.The objective of this thesis is to
identifythe noise and vibration exposures suffered by the workers at the tea
factory and to suggest recommendations relating to measures which may reduce
any possible or existing negative impacts of these exposures on the employees.
At the tea factory selected to serve the said objective the noise and vibration
exposures of the employees were identified and a risk assessment was conducted
to cover manufacturing, packaging and handling areas at the factory.Based on
the measurements, daily noise exposure values and daily full body vibration
exposure values were calculated.These calculations suggested that the daily
noise exposure value at all workplaces subject to measurement exceeded
regulatory exposure threshold value.The results proved that the noise and
vibration exposure popsed a risk to the workers of the tea factory and the
necessary measures must be taken for these employees.The measures which should
be taken and the improvements which need to be implemented are explained in
detail in this study.
