ÖZET:

Günümüz iş temposunun ağırlaşması ve hızlanmasından dolayı ergonomi biliminin önemi giderek artmaktadır. Ergonomi kısaca, değişen tempolarda ve hızlarda çalışanların sağlık faktörüne uyumunu ölçen bir bilim dalıdır. Yükün kaldırılması, taşınması, tutulması, paketlenmesi kişiyi çok çabuk yoran, zorlayan ve sağlık problemlerine sebep olan işler olduğundan pek çok araştırmacı bu konuda araştırmalar yapmış ve halen yapılmaya da devam etmektedir. Çalışanın cinsiyeti kaldırılan, taşınan, itilen ya da çekilen yükün şekli, ilgili sınır değerlerini belirleyen etmenlerdir. Sınır değerlerinin aşılmasından meydana gelen sağlık sorunlarında, detaylı bir inceleme ve bunlara sebep olan faktörlerin tespit edilmesi oldukça önemlidir. Sağlık sorunlarına sebep olan faktörlerin ortadan kaldırılması yahut iyileştirilmesi için çeşitli ergonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemleri uygulanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; bir gıda üretim işletmesinin ambalaj, paketleme ve depo sevk bölümleri incelenmiştir. Ambalaj bölümü için REBA, BAUA, NIOSH ve Snook ergonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemleri; paketleme bölümü için REBA, BAUA ve NIOSH ergonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemleri ve depo sevk bölümü için de Snook ve BAUA ergonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Ambalaj bölümünde; bant değişimi, ürün ambalaj kontrolü, ürün kontrolü, bozuk ambalaj ayıklama, dolan kasaları palete yükleme esnasında kasaları kaldırma ve transpalete yükleme, ürün dolu paletlerin transpalet ile taşınması, şekerlerin paketleme bölümüne aktarılması işlemlerinde çalışanların duruş pozisyonları incelenmiştir. Dış ambalajlama ve paketleme bölümünde, banttan gelen dış ambalajlı ürünlerin kolilere konulması, ambalajlı ürünlerin gelişini bekleme, ürünlerin kâse ile dış ambalajlanması ve paketleme bölümü bant sonu çalışanların kolileri kaldırma, transpalete yükleme ve kolileri transpaletin en üstüne yükleme işlemlerinde çalışanların duruş pozisyonları incelenmiştir. Depo sevk işlemlerinde transpalet ile taşıma işlemi esnasında çalışanların duruş pozisyonları incelenmiştir. İncelenen pozisyonların transpalet ile taşıma işlemleri ve kolilerin paletlere dizilme işlemleri riskli bulunmuştur. Bu işlemler için bantlı sisteme geçiş, elektrikli iş ekipmanları alma ve ayakta çalışan personeller için dönüşümlü çalışma şekli önerilmiştir.

ABSTRACT:

The importance of ergonomics is gradually increasing due to the acceleration of today's work tempo. In short, ergonomics is a science that measures the adaptation of employees to health factor at varying pace and speed. Since the lifting, transportation, holding, packing of the load is the ones that exhaust the person very quickly, forcing them and causing health problems, many researchers have done researches on this subject and still continues to be done. The gender of the employee is the shape of the load being lifted, carried, pushed or pulled, and the factors that determine the relevant limit values. In health problems caused by exceeding the limit values, a detailed examination and identification of the factors that cause them are very important. Various ergonomic risk assessment methods are applied to eliminate or improve the factors that cause health problems. In this study; the packaging, packaging and warehouse dispatch departments of a manufacturing enterprise were examined. REBA, BAUA, NIOSH and Snook ergonomic risk assessment methods for the packaging department; REBA, BAUA and NIOSH ergonomic risk assessment methods were used for the packaging department and Snook and BAUA ergonomic risk assessment methods were applied for the storage department. In the packaging section; the posture positions of the employees were examined in the process of band change, product packaging control, product control, defective packaging sorting, lifting and loading pallets filled with pallets during pallet loading, loading pallets with full pallets, and transferring the candies to the packaging department. In the outer packaging and packaging section, the position of the employees in the process of putting the outer packaged products from the belt into the parcels, waiting the arrival of the packaged products, the outer packaging of the products with the bowl, and the end of the packing section of the employees in the packing section, loading the boxes into the pallet and loading the boxes to the top of the pallet truck were examined. The positions of the employees were examined during the transportation of the pallet truck in the warehouse dispatch operations. It was found that the transported positions of the examined positions with pallet trucks and the stacking of parcels on pallets were risky. For these operations, the transition to a belt system, receiving electrical work equipment and alternating work for standing personnel have been proposed.
