Genel Tüketim Depolarında İş Sağlığı ve Güvenliği Üzerine Örnek Bir Çalışma

ÖZET:

Bu çalışmada İstanbul'da gıda sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin genel tüketim deposu iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönünden incelenmiştir. Depolama süreçleri ve depolama süreçlerindeki tehlikeler ve riskler incelenerek gerçekleşebilecek iş kazaları ve meslek hastalıklarına yer verilmiştir. İş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından sorunlar ergonomik bakış açısıyla ele alınarak, tüm depolama süreçlerindeki genel çalışma risklerinden bahsedilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda genel tüketim depolarında özellikle elleçleme ve taşıma makinelerinin kullanımı sırasında ve sonrasında kazalar ve meslek hastalıklarının oluştuğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu konularda önlemler ve çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir. Checklist ve Fine Kinney risk analiz yöntemleri ile risk analizleri yapılmış ve risk değerlendirmesi sonucu ortaya çıkan puan tablosuna göre aşırı risk içeren durumlar için iyileştirme ve ortadan kaldırma önerileri geliştirilmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalar ve elde edilen sonuçlar bunun yanında iyileştirme ve ortadan kaldırma adına yapılan öneri ve çözümler çalışanların iş verimliliğine doğrudan katkı sağlamış ve işletme sahibi iş sağlığı ve güvenliği konularını daha derinden irdeleme ve alınacak aksiyonları arttırma kararı almıştır. Bu durum önümüzde ki süreçte işletmede "iş sağlığı ve güvenliği" kavramının daha da yaygın bir söylem haline geleceğine ve bu işletme yönetimi ve diğer işletme yönetimlerinin iş sağlığı ve güvenliği olgusuna milli kazanım algısıyla yaklaşacaklarına dair bir algı oluşmuştur. Böylelikle güvenlik kültürü kavramı işletmelerden başlayarak ülke sathına yayılabilecektir.

ABSTRACT:

In this study, the general consumption warehouse of a company operating in the food sector in Istanbul is examined in terms of occupational health and safety. The hazards and risks in the storage processes and storage processes are examined and occupational accidents and diseases are included. The problems in terms of occupational health and safety were handled from an ergonomic point of view and general working risks in all storage processes were mentioned. In the studies, it was concluded that accidents and occupational diseases occurred during and after the use of handling and transportation machines in general consumption warehouses. Measures and solution suggestions have been brought about these issues. Risk analyzes were performed with Checklist and Fine Kinney risk analysis methods and improvement and elimination suggestions were developed for situations involving excessive risk according to the score table resulting from the risk assessment. The studies and the results obtained, as well as the suggestions and solutions made in the name of improvement and elimination, contributed directly to the work efficiency of the employees and the owner decided to examine the occupational health and safety issues more deeply and increase the actions to be taken. In this process, there is a perception that the concept of "occupational health and safety e in the enterprise will become a more widespread discourse and that these management and other management will approach the phenomenon of occupational health and safety with the perception of national gain. Thus, the concept of security culture will be spread from country to country.
